Yo Murphy

Yo Murphy (Llewellyn Murphy) was born on May 11, 1971 in San Pedro, California. After going to high school at Idaho Falls (ID), Murphy attended the University of Idaho. Murphy made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the St. Louis Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the course of his 3 year NFL career.
Most people believe that 1999 was Yo Murphy's best year. 2008 will be his second year with Saskatchewan Roughriders, he signed as a free agent with the Roughriders in September, 2006. He started six regular season games and 2 playoff games as a receiver. He made his Roughrider debut in week 13and had seven catches for 99 yards. The next week he had four catches for 62 yards and a touchdown. He the finished season with 19 catches for 251 yards and one touchdown.
