Woody Woodward (William Frederick Woodward) was born on September 23, 1942 in Miami, Florida. He made his Major League debut on September 9, 1963 for the Milwaukee Braves. In 1965, his rookie year, he hit .208 with 0 home runs and 11 RBI. Woodward played for the Milwaukee Braves, Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 9 year career.
