Wilson Delgado (Wilson (Duran) Delgado) was born on July 15, 1972 in San Cristobal, San Cristobal (Dominican Republic). He made his Major League debut on September 24, 1996 for the San Francisco Giants. In 2004, his rookie year, he hit .292 with 2 home runs and 13 RBI. Delgado played for the San Francisco Giants, New York Yankees, Kansas City Royals, St. Louis Cardinals, Anaheim Angels and New York Mets over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that Wilson Delgado's best season was 2004, when he hit for a .292 average.
