Willis Perkins (Willis LaFran Perkins) was born on February 14, 1934 in Columbus, Texas. Perkins attended Texas Southern University. Perkins made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 2 year career.
