Willis Cole (Willis Russell Cole) was born on January 6, 1882 in Milton Junction, Wisconsin. He made his Major League debut on August 22, 1909 for the Chicago White Sox. In 1909, his rookie year, he hit .236 with 0 home runs and 16 RBI. Cole played for the Chicago White Sox for his entire 2 year career.
