Willie Norwood (Willie Norwood) was born on November 7, 1950 in Greene County, Alabama. He made his Major League debut on April 21, 1977 for the Minnesota Twins. In 1978, his rookie year, he hit .255 with 8 home runs and 46 RBI. Norwood played for the Minnesota Twins for his entire 4 year career.

Most people believe that Willie Norwood's best season was 1978, when he stole 25 bases.
