Born on May 26, 1964 in New York, New York, Willie Fraser (William Patrick Fraser) played for the California Angels, Toronto Blue Jays, St. Louis Cardinals, Florida Marlins and Montreal Expos over the course of his 8 year career. Fraser broke into the bigs on September 10, 1986 with the California Angels, and put up a 3.92 ERA in 176.2 innings pitched in 1987, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Willie Fraser's best season was 1987, when he posted a 3.92 ERA, won 10 games and struck out 106 batters.
