Who cares about Ricky Williams' CFL stats?

For the past few weeks, I've been glancing through the NFL sections ESPN, Sports Illustrated and FoxSports, and Ricky Williams' continual status there is starting to really bug me. So Williams is playing in the CFL. Honestly, I don't really care, and I don't understand why he still makes the front page of ESPN. We don't receive updates about Quincy Carter, R. Jay Soward or other various ex-NFL players in the CFL. What makes Ricky Williams so much more important than these other players that the ESPN writers feel that they need to update us with his status after every game that he plays?

Who cares about people bitching about stuff they don't like thinking we might care? It would be nice to see more positivity, creativity, intelligent conversation, unique points of view or lacking that, write a facecious, sacastic article about Ricky and entertain us... I get enough bitching from my wife (for being on this damned website too much) - FINE job cpcp - I used to not like you, but that was yesterday... 18 carries for 98 yards.

First half he was 3 for 9

Second Half 15 for 89

His team won by 10 pts.

His last run as the clock ran out ended on the 1 yard line.
