Born on November 22, 1901 in LaSalle, Illinois, Walt Tauscher (Walter Edward Tauscher) played for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Washington Senators over the course of his 2 year career. Tauscher broke into the bigs on April 19, 1928 with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
