Walt Arnold (Walter Henslee Arnold) was born on August 31, 1958 in Galveston, Texas. After going to high school at Los Alamos (NM), Arnold attended the University of New Mexico. Arnold made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Houston Oilers, Los Angeles Rams and Washington Redskins over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1985 was Walt Arnold's best year.
