Victor Riley (Victor Allan Riley) was born on November 4, 1974 in Swansea, South Carolina. After going to high school at Swansea (SC), Riley attended Auburn University. Riley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs, New Orleans Saints and Houston Texans over the course of his 8 year career.
