Vic Obeck (Victor Francis Joseph Obeck) was born on March 28, 1917 in Audubon, New Jersey. After going to high school at Audubon (NJ), Obeck attended Springfield College. Obeck made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Chicago Cardinals the entire time. Obeck also played in the AAFC for 1 year, playing for the Brooklyn Dodgers the entire time.
Most people believe that 1946 was Vic Obeck's best year.
