Well, I needed ABB in Maths/Physics/Further Maths to go to Birmingham, but alas I think I'm going to get ABD (Further Maths was a killer). But despite that failure, I only need BCC to go to Aston (just down the road from Birmingham), so Aston will probably take me based on my performance in Maths and Physics. Shame really, because I prefered Birmingham (better reputation, a bit "posher"), but Aston isn't bad at all. I think Brum is in the top 20 nationally, Aston is just outside it, so there's no gulf. The quality of teaching will be the same, I always say that good educational institutions are only considered so due to their past success, so there's no problem. One paper (basically the calculus paper for Further Maths) was a nightmare! Hardest FP2 paper in the 8 years of the syllabus!
