Sports Information
Favorite Moment1) 3/28/2003- Michael Jordan's last NBA game in Los Angeles. Electric atmosphere, plus Kobe scored 42 in the first half (55 total) and 2) An August 2006 exhibition game between FC Barcelona and New York Red Bull. 75,000 great fans, plus Ronaldinho and an amazing performance from Lionel Messi!
Worst MomentMagic Johnson's HIV announcement in 1991. I was 12 years old and he's been my favorite athlete since childhood.
Favorite AthletesMagic Johnson- I grew up on Showtime, there was no one else, Kobe- The best player in the NBA since MJ (individually, Kobe's better!) and he's on my team, Lionel Messi- He's only 20!!! It's pretty exciting to think about rooting for him on my team as he matures into the best player in the world!

About MeI grew up in LA. My intro to sports was with the Showime Lakers, so I was spoiled from a young age. Over the past few years, soccer has become a bigger and bigger passion for me, surpassing all other sports in my mind.
I now live in NYC and have no local teams that I'd like to root for (in fairness, the Mets are a lot of fun!). I am a huge fan of sports history and analysis and like to read and learn about as many eras and sports as possible.

With Chicago pulling out of trade talks for Kobe, it's time to start looking at trades the Lakers can make to surround him with more talent
