Troy Vincent (Troy Darnell Vincent) was born on June 8, 1971 in Trenton, New Jersey. After going to high school at Pennsbury (Fallsington, PA), Vincent attended the University of Wisconsin. Vincent made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Miami Dolphins. He has played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 15 year career.

Most people believe that 1999 was Troy Vincent's best year, as he picked off 7 passes.
