Tony Settles (Anthony Settles) was born on August 29, 1964. After going to high school at Scotland (Laurinburg, NC), Settles attended Elon University. Settles made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 1 year career.
