Tony Gladney (Anthony Lamont Gladney) was born on July 20, 1964 in San Mateo, California. After going to high school at San Mateo (CA), Gladney attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Gladney made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
