Tony Banks (Anthony Lamar Banks) was born on April 5, 1973 in Sam Diego, California. After going to high school at Herbert Hoover (San Diego, CA), Banks attended Mesa Community College and Michigan State University. Banks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the St. Louis Rams. He played for the St. Louis Rams, Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens and Washington Redskins over the course of his 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1997 was Tony Banks's best year, as he threw for 3254 yards and tossed 14 TDs.
