Tom Richey (Thomas John Richey) was born on June 13, 1961 in Euclid, Ohio. After going to high school at Mentor (OH), Richey attended the University of Kentucky. Richey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals for his entire 1 year career.
