Tom Pridemore (Larry Thomas Pridemore) was born on April 29, 1956 in Oak Hill, West Virginia. After going to high school at Ansted (WV), Pridemore attended West Virginia University. Pridemore made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1981 was Tom Pridemore's best year, as he picked off 7 passes, ran back an interception for a touchdown and recovered 3 opponents fumbles.
