Tom Hogan (Thomas Francis Hogan) was born on April 26, 1898 in Boston, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Holyoke (MA), Hogan attended Fordham University and the University of Detroit Mercy. Hogan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Detroit Panthers. He played for the Chicago Cardinals and Detroit Panthers over the course of his 2 year career.
