Tom Evers (Thomas Francis Evers) was born on March 31, 1852 in Troy, New York. He made his Major League debut on May 25, 1882 for the Baltimore Orioles. In 1884, his rookie year, he hit .232 with 0 home runs and 0 RBI. Evers played for the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals over the course of his 2 year career.
