Tom Evans (Thomas John Evans) was born on July 9, 1974 in Kirkland, Washington. He made his Major League debut on September 2, 1997 for the Toronto Blue Jays. Evans played for the Toronto Blue Jays and Texas Rangers over the course of his 3 year career.
