Tom Ehlers (Tom Slick Ehlers) was born on July 14, 1952 in South Bend, Indiana. After going to high school at John Adams (South Bend, IN), Ehlers attended the University of Kentucky. Ehlers made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1976 was Tom Ehlers's best year.
