Tom Cousineau (Tom Cousineau) was born on May 6, 1957 in Fairview Park, Ohio. After going to high school at St. Edwards (Lakewood, OH), Cousineau attended Ohio State University. Cousineau made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 6 year career.
