Tom Casey (Thomas R. Casey) was born on July 30, 1924 in Wellsville, Ohio. After going to high school at Wilmerding (Wilmerding, PA), Casey attended Hampton University. Casey made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1948 with the New York Yankees. He played for the New York Yankees for his entire 1 year career.
