Born on July 13, 1905 in Los Angeles, California, Tiny Chaplin (James Bailey Chaplin) played for the New York Giants and Boston Braves over the course of his 4 year career. Chaplin broke into the bigs on April 13, 1928 with the New York Giants, and put up a 5.18 ERA in 73 innings pitched in 1930, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Tiny Chaplin's best season was 1936, when he posted a 4.12 ERA, won 10 games and struck out 86 batters.
