Timmy Smith (Tim Smith) was born on January 21, 1964 in Hobbs, New Mexico. After going to high school at Hobbs (NM), Smith attended Texas Technical University. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was Timmy Smith's best year.
