Acquired: Signed with the Ticats on March 13, 2007
2006:
The Philadelphia Eagles signed Chang as a free-agent on January 11th…attended the Eagles training camp and played in all five games during the pre-season…completed 27 of 53 pass attempts for 287 yards and four interceptions…was released by the Eagles on September 2nd…initially played with the Rhein Fire during the spring after Philadelphia allocated him to NFL Europe…played in eight games including one start during the regular season…completed 50 of 89 pass attempts for 659 yards, four touchdowns and three interceptions…in his Rhein debut, a 10-6 season opening victory over Frankfurt he completed 6 of 13 pass attempts for 59 yards…in the Fire’s 27-24 victory over Berlin on April 29th Chang completed four of six pass attempts for 141 yards and two touchdowns…the 30 yard touchdown pass to Chris Samp in the second quarter of the victory over the Thunder was his first as a pro…completed 14 of 26 pass attempts for 164 yards in his first career professional start, a 13-10 loss at Hamburg on May 14th.

Signed as an un-drafted free-agent with the Arizona Cardinals on May 2nd…attended the Cardinals training camp and was released on August 10th…subsequently signed as a free-agent with the Detroit Lions on August 25th…attended the Lions training camp and played in Detroit’s 37-13 pre-season loss to St. Louis on August 29th…was released by the Lions on August 30th.
College:
Played five seasons (2000-0004) with the University of Hawaii Warriors…completed 1,388 of 2,436 passes (57.0 avg.) for 17,072 yards and 117 touchdowns, breaking the old NCAA Division I-A all-time records of 1,231 completions in 1,883 attempts by Kliff Kingsbury of Texas Tech (1999-2002) and 15,031 yards by Ty Detmer of Brigham Young (1989-91…only Ty Detmer (121) had more touchdown passes in NCAA history…started 50 of 53 career games at quarterback…gained over 4,000 yards in total offense three times, tying Detmer's NCAA record…participated in 2,610 plays, breaking the old NCAA career record of 2,156 by Kingsbury…his 17,183 yards in total offense broke the previous NCAA record of 14,465 by Detmer…also had six rushing touchdowns and was a four time All-Western Athletic Conference selection. (2004) Started all 13 games for the Warriors as a senior…led the WAC with 327.5 passing yards per game…finished third in the nation in total offense, averaging 328.7 yards per game…completed 358 of 602 pass attempts for 4,258 yards, 38 touchdowns and 13 interceptions...was garnered his first career first team All-WAC selection…completed a seven yard touchdown pass to Jason Rivers at 9:27 of the first quarter of UH's 34-23 win over Louisiana Tech on November 6th to break the record of 15,031 yards held by former Brigham Young star Ty Detmer…threw for four touchdowns and 285 yards to run his NCAA career-passing yardage total to 15,303…the record-breaking pass was the 95th career touchdown pass for Chang…also broke Cliff Kingsbury's record of 1,231 career completions in the game…completed 23 of 31 pass attempts for 376 yards and a season high six touchdowns in the Warriors 52-21 victory over Idaho on November 20th. (2003) Played in 13 games as a junior including started 11...named honorable mention all-WAC after he led the WAC and finished sixth in the country in total offense (318.4).
