Timmy Brown (Thomas Allen Brown) was born on May 24, 1937 in Richmond, Indiana. After going to high school at Indiana Soldiers & Sailors Childrens Home, Brown attended Ball State University. Brown made his professional debut in the NFL in 1959 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Colts and Green Bay Packers over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1962 was Timmy Brown's best year, as he ran for 545 yards, ran in 5 TDs, hauled in 52 receptions, had 849 receiving yards, caught 6 TD passes, had 831 kick return yards and ran back a kickoff for a touchdown.
