Born on November 20, 1898 in Millville, Massachusetts, Tim McNamara (Timothy Augustine McNamara) played for the Boston Braves and New York Giants over the course of his 5 year career. McNamara broke into the bigs on June 27, 1922 with the Boston Braves, and put up a 2.42 ERA in 70.2 innings pitched in 1922, his rookie year.
