Tim Hendryx (Timothy Green Hendryx) was born on January 31, 1891 in Le Roy, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on September 4, 1911 for the Cleveland Naps. In 1917, his rookie year, he hit .249 with 5 home runs and 44 RBI. Hendryx played for the Cleveland Naps, New York Yankees, St. Louis Browns and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that Tim Hendryx's best season was 1920, when he hit for a .328 average and knocked in 73 runs.
