The Epitome of Consistency

This is my first time on here, so I thought "Why not start this off with everyones favorite topic...STEROIDS!"
Now, before you click the "X" button, hear me out. I, like many of you, are tired of hearing about Jason Grimsley and steroid use altogether. One day, though, on CBSSPORTSLINE.com, I read an article that claimed that every single MLB player has to be on something.
I disagree completely.
Take Atlanta Braves third baseman Chipper Jones, for example. Granted, he's no longer a source for 45 homeruns anymore, but I'll take a + .300, 25-30 homerun, 100 RBI season from my third baseman without question. Seven straight seasons of 100+ RBI, followed by a 96 RBI season. Six straight +.300 seasons. 11 straight seasons of 21 homeruns or more. The epitome of consistency.
So, how can a claim such as the one that the CBSSPORTSLINE writer made be justified? Chipper Jones is just one of many examples that discredit the theory that every Major League Baseball player is on something that should be illegal.
