Terry Fair (Terrance Delon Fair) was born on July 20, 1976 in Phoenix, Arizona. After going to high school at South Mountain (Phoenix, AZ), Fair attended the University of Tennessee. Fair made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions, St. Louis Rams and Carolina Panthers over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1998 was Terry Fair's best year, as he had 1428 kick return yards and ran back 2 kickoffs for touchdowns.
