Ted Wright (Weldon G. Wright) was born on November 15, 1913 in Savoy, Texas. After going to high school at Sherman (TX), Wright attended the University of North Texas. Wright made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Boston Redskins. He played for the Boston Redskins for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1934 was Ted Wright's best year.
