Tate Randle (Ernest Tate Randle) was born on August 15, 1959 in Fredricksburg, Texas. After going to high school at Fort Stockton (TX), Randle attended Texas Technical University. Randle made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Indianapolis Colts, Houston Oilers and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1984 was Tate Randle's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
