Swimming

To become a great swimmer, you must been dedicated and have much practice. Coordination is key also. Swimming is enjoyed by many people but is also competitive! The 4 strokes in swimming are: Butterfly (Fly) Backstroke (Back) Breastroke (Breast) Freestyle (Free)

A 50 stroke is two laps. a 100 is four laps 150 = 6 laps 200 = 8 laps ect.

An IM is swimming all the strokes in order: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breastroke, Freestyle.

The most famous swimmer in America is Michael Phelps. He swam in the olympics
