Steve Nemeth (Steve Joseph Nemeth) was born on December 10, 1922 in South Bend, Indiana. After going to high school at Riley (South Bend, IN), Nemeth attended the University of Notre Dame. Nemeth made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Cleveland Rams. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Cleveland Rams the entire time. Nemeth also played in the AAFC for 2 years, playing for the Baltimore Colts and Chicago Rockets over the course of his 2 year AAFC career.
Most people believe that 1946 was Steve Nemeth's best year.
