Steve Crosby (Steven Kent Crosby) was born on July 3, 1950 in Great Bend, Kansas. After going to high school at Pawnee Park (Great Bend, KS), Crosby attended Fort Hays State University and Kansas State University. Crosby made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1974 was Steve Crosby's best year.
