Stan Rosen (Stanley Rosen) was born on March 28, 1906 in New York, New York. After going to high school at New Utrecht (Brooklyn, NY), Rosen attended Rutgers State University of New Jersey. Rosen made his professional debut in the NFL in 1929 with the Buffalo Bisons. He played for the Buffalo Bisons for his entire 1 year career.
