Sherrill Busby (Sherrill Busby) was born on March 30, 1914 in Montgomery, Alabama. After going to high school at Sidney Lanier (Montgomery, AL), Busby attended Troy State University. Busby made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 1 year career.
