Shea Hillenbrand (Shea Matthew Hillenbrand) was born on July 27, 1975 in Mesa, Arizona. He made his Major League debut on April 2, 2001 for the Boston Red Sox. In 2001, his rookie year, he hit .263 with 12 home runs and 49 RBI. Hillenbrand played for the Boston Red Sox, Arizona Diamondbacks, Toronto Blue Jays, Los Angeles Angels, and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that Shea Hillenbrand's best season was 2002, when he slugged 18 home runs, hit for a .293 average and knocked in 83 runs.
