Shawne Merriman (Shawne Merriman) was born on May 25, 1984 in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. After going to high school at Frederick Douglas (MD), Merriman attended the University of Maryland. Merriman made his professional debut in the NFL in 2005 with the San Diego Chargers. He has played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 2006 was Shawne Merriman's best year, as he recorded 17 sacks.
