Sean Clancy (Sean Matthew Clancy) was born on October 22, 1956 in Manhasset, New York. After going to high school at Chaminade (Mineola, NY), Clancy attended Amherst College. Clancy made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 2 year career.
