Scott Pose (Scott Vernon Pose) was born on February 11, 1967 in Davenport, Iowa. He made his Major League debut on April 5, 1993 for the Florida Marlins. In 1999, his rookie year, he hit .285 with 0 home runs and 12 RBI. Pose played for the Florida Marlins, New York Yankees and Kansas City Royals over the course of his 4 year career.

Most people believe that Scott Pose's best season was 1999, when he hit for a .285 average.
