Born on December 7, 1977 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Saul Rivera (Rabell Saul Rivera) played for the Washington Nationals for his entire 1 year career. Rivera broke into the bigs on May 25, 2006 with the Washington Nationals, and put up a 3.43 ERA in 60.1 innings pitched in 2006, his rookie year.
