Russ McGinnis (Russell Brent McGinnis) was born on June 18, 1963 in Coffeyville, Kansas. He made his Major League debut on June 3, 1992 for the Texas Rangers. McGinnis played for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals over the course of his 2 year career.
