Ruben Mendoza (Ruben Edward Mendoza) was born on May 10, 1963 in Crystal City, Texas. After going to high school at Technical (Milwaukee, WI), Mendoza attended Wayne State College and Yankton College. Mendoza made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
