Roy Grover (Roy Arthur Grover) was born on January 17, 1892 in Snohomish, Washington. He made his Major League debut on September 13, 1916 for the Philadelphia Athletics. In 1917, his rookie year, he hit .224 with 0 home runs and 34 RBI. Grover played for the Philadelphia Athletics and Washington Senators over the course of his 3 year career.
