Roy Gagnon (Roy Joseph Maurice Gagnon) was born on January 6, 1913 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After going to high school at De La Salle (Minneapolis, MN), Gagnon attended the University of Oregon. Gagnon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1935 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 1 year career.
